What does is say when a band the attempts what the dead did in concert can come back after a year and a half and play a comeback show of this quality…? Not quite as much as one can say about the quality of this matrix.

Bertha re-master. Pitch correction for source 20004, one review said it made all the difference, and when you listen to them back to back, it does.

Easily the better of the 2 AUDs, and overall probably about a B AUD. Definitely worth it for AUD fans.

The Charlie Miller SBD includes set 1, St Stephen includes same AUD patch. It is pretty comparable to the source with just set 2 and is better than the set 1 only SBD source.

Really fun AUD, the audience is a bit higher than I’d like, but you can still make out most of the music without issue.

Very good quality AUD. Great energy harnessed in this source. There are 3 AUD sources for this show and all 3 scored at least an 8.5. I had to try a bunch of stuff to pick 1. In the end, when I boosted certain levels significantly, this one had the highest threshold. The other 2 did well, but broke up a bit the louder the highs and lows got.

Probably the best of the SBDs, though all 3 fall below the matrix which maintains the cleanliness of the instruments and the body of the AUD.

SBD with stellar sound. It has that 76 SBD sound, but it has something else. I’m tired this evening and just plain can’t come up with an imaginary way to describe it, but it is great.

Strong SBD, though I wouldn’t give the high marks many of the reviewers do. A little muddy at times, and lacks roundness. I’d love to get this and the available AUD in a matrix.

Source: CD (Left In The Vaults Vol. 1)

This is excellent sound quality, solid levels, not dead in the background, a little crowd noise at times.

The truth is, each of the 3 SBDs rocks, and they are very similar. The Bertha and Parrillo are virtually indistinguishable. For my ears the Left in the Vaults source is just the slightest bit fuller sounding so that is my pick, but this is the very definition of a 6 in one, half dozen in the other situation.

There is actually an FM source of this show, that sounds much better.
I HAD it on cassette for many years but tossed my casette collection a few years back. It was one of the first tapes I had and definately recall the DJ for WNEW breaking in a few times. It was missing the encore though. A reviewer of this show at archive mentions that he has an FM source. Maybe it will surface soon
Great show though! oh and by the way good job!
