I am a big fan of the '76. My first tape I got was 4/23/76 Aud. That wooden sound totally hooked me, so when a deadhead commuter companion/neighbor laid a Menke copy of 10/1/76 on me about 7 Yrs. later I was pshyched. I have not found this source anywhere. I only traded it a few times over the years. I was instructed that it was some top secret item. Well, I am saying that the statute has run here. This show smokes.

It is a Bob Menke recorded from on stage according to my notes with a Nagra 1/2 speed R-T-R. It is one of the best sounding in my collection. I was surprised that there is no board source of this show. This tape could easily be mistaken for a board. Anybody else have this one?

Bill Tetzelli does a radio show near me, and I am going to call him up to see about getting it uploaded. It is a 3d gen that came down through Naks all the way AFAIK. Not played in probably 8-10 Yrs. Stored decent.

Nice! You are definitely on the right track by going to Tetzelli, too... I don't know him, but he obviously does this type of thing as his name is all over the place in the sources...
Try some of those others fellows too, the more people you reach out to, the more likely that it will occur quickly.
