This is not an attempt to stir anything up. You can easily see who uploaded this video, and it's your choice to download it or not. But this video from the historic Bill Graham memorial show is too good not to be shared. It's well-seeded right now over a Hunger City.

From Wikipedia:
On November 3, 1991, a free concert called
"Laughter, Love and Music" was held at Golden Gate Park
to honour Bill Graham. An estimated 300,000 people attended
to view many of the entertainment acts Graham had supported
including Santana, Grateful Dead, John Fogerty, Robin Williams,
Journey (reunited), and Crosby, Stills, Nash & Young (reunited).

Duck Archive notes:
My friend videotaped this event. It appears that he was center
stage, about 30-50-feet away. The video is hand held, but
not too shakey as to ruin the viewing of this video. Overall
picture quality is stunning. The audio is dynamic and clean.
Due to blank tape, and charged battery limitations he did not
capture the entire day of performances. Some of the original
tape pauses are rough, but I did not change a thing. He managed
to record most of Santana, the complete CSN&Y, and the complete
Grateful Dead performances. The remainder of the tape includes
recordings of varying durations from: The Dirty Dozen Brass Band,
Bobby McFerrin, Jackson Browne, Joe Satriani, Aaron Neville,
Tracy Chapman, and Joan Baez. The videotape also includes
speeches, crowd scenes, and various shots of the venue. I will
present Santana, CSN&Y, and Grateful Dead as single DVDs,
and a fourth DVD with the odds and ends of the performances
mentioned above, with additional archived footage of local and
national news reports and live cut-ins featuring interviews with
fans, friends, family and performers.

3. China Cat Sunflower > I Know You Rider

I think there's another that circulates. This one is a hand held vid. I've never seen it before. Very good quality.

Nice vid, (Cheese sent it to me a while back) but I find it kind of unsatisfying. Jerry seems annoyed / distracted alot of the time.

Yeah, that one that I sent was the proshot from lossless legs. It is one of the top torrents there.

Yeah, this one is different. My initial impression is that I like it a little bit better.

I just came across this thread...while my audience hand held version of 11-3-91 lacks the sbd audio and closeups of the two proshot versions (normal and wide screen), I enjoy the feeling of the video from the perspective of being in the crowd. It really imparts the feeling of the event itself. I also made dvds of all the raw footage in my archive to include CSN&Y, Santana, odds and ends, and all the local news footage that I recorded on several decks during the day-long extravaganza. Here is the summary of non-GD videos from that day:

DVD 1 - Santana
1. Carlos' Angels Intro
2. Spirits Dancing In The Flesh
3. Somewhere In Heaven
4. Third Stone From The Sun Trilogy
5. Oye Como Va*
6. Bertha*
7. I Love You Too Much
8. Jingo (cut)

*w/ Los Lobos
- Also with Bobby McFerrin on vocals and maracas

DVD 2 - Crosby, Stills, Nash & Young
1. Teach Your Children
2. Love The One You're With
3. Long May You Run
4. Long Time Gone
5. Southern Cross
6. Only Love Can Break Your Heart
7. Wooden Ships
8. Ohio
9. Wavy Gravy - "Let's hear it for the Earth...Recycle.."

DVD 3 - Grateful Dead part 1
DVD 4 - Grateful Dead part 2

DVD 5 - Various Artists
1. The Dirty Dozen Brass Band - "My Feet Can't Fail Me Now"
2. Bobby McFerrin - "Did I Hear You Say You Love Me",
"Star Spangled Banner"
3. Jackson Browne - "For A Dancer", "World In Motion"
4. Joe Satriani w/Randy Jackson
5. Aaron Neville w/Chester Thompson, Evelyn Cisneros (S.F. Ballet)
- "Ave Maria"
6. Concert crowd overview
7. Tracy Chapman - "All That You Have Is Your Soul",
"Where The Soul Never Dies"
8. Joan Baez w/Graham Nash, Kris Kristofferson - "Amazing Grace"
9. Closing - Standing ovation, Wavy Gravy, Greensleeves

Graceful Duck Archive notes:
These reports were recorded on several decks throughout the day.
With very little redundant footage, every local Bay Area newscast
covering this event was recorded and is presented here.
Along with the previous performance videos that I have presented,
this may be the most accurate and thorough account of the event that
exists. Interviews with concertgoers, musicians, and BGP staff -
with rare archival footage of the man himself...all part of the
unprecedented local television coverage, make this video an essential
historical document for fans and collectors alike.

"He was obviously the most important non-musician in music."

The performances on disc 5 are fine. There is an overall somber mood to the entire day, yet it really seems like an Irish wake. The taper only grabbed portions of many acts - to conserve battery power and video tape. The Santana and CSN&Y performances are excellent.
