7/4/89 and 10/16/89 are in the Top 64...
We have 10 days to vote for one more from 1989 to be in the Top 64:

I'm shocked. 10/26/89 may be the best, darkest, most intense show ever! Dick Latvala himself dubed the the Dark Star from this show the best EVER!! Not just from this year or this era. That may be a stretch, but this is a phenomenal show.

I voted 10/26 myself... but of course 10/9 is going to win.

I should've seen this one coming... but I think 10/9 is sooooooooo overrated... Surely a significant show, but overrated, performance-wise.

Agreed. Actually a somewhat disjointed performance. Lots better in 89 IMO.
I picked 7/7 but 10/26 is a killer as well. Surpised none of the Alpine shows made the cut. Of course I did not vote.... Embarassed
Not a big fan of 10/16 either....any show that opens with Picasso, lacks a "rio-grandee-o" part in 1/2 Step and has IWTYH has 3 strikes against it....

I agree. But sadly, it looks like the atmosphere of 10/9 will beat the performance on 10/26, as far as votes go. Crying or Very sad That's sad. 10/26 will be in my top 10 forever either way. A man has to have his convictions!
