They run through Marvin Gaye's Aint That Peculiar, New Speedway and Lucy and chatting in between.

Jerry sounds cranky!!

this is cool man. thanks.

Jerry: "We're not gonna do this tune, are we?"

---

This [CENSORED] is priceless!

[During Lucy in the Sky intro]

Jerry: "Vince, when you come in with this thing, you're the one that's playing it. I'm not playing it. I'm only setting the tempo, okay? You gotta play it.

Vince: "Can you hear it?"

Jerry: "Yeah, but you always... you always pull back."

No doubt that Jerry was still large and in charge!

We listened to this show at the LP on Saturday. It was pretty good, but there were some source issues.
Bruce was sitting in on the accordion the whole show. This is actually where most of the problems sprang from, as his accordion often overpowered Jerry's guitar.
I guess the AUD is better in this case.
The 1st set feature a nice Cassidy and Cumberland...
The stand out part of the show was in the 2nd set though, the Saint>UJB! Wow! The jam at the end of Corrina killed it for me though, it was not my cup of tea.
Definitely a show worth a listen.

The next night featured Garcia playing 3 songs with Sting before the GD came out, which is pretty cool. Garcia got a nice solo on in that bit.

that's when I was on my 2 year hiatus. Heard it was a pretty decent show from friends at the time.
