Money is no object. I would have given my left testicle for a box set like this. Laughing ........................ NOT!!!!!!!!!!

I would rather a 5-minute highlight video of Britney Spears' wardrobe malfunctions.

I bought Europe 72 II. Not bad for ten bucks.Whenever I see Dark Star>TOO combos it sparks my interest I was considering buying the boxed set, but came to my senses. Hey did you guys go to that BucketHead show? How was it? I guess a lot of folks shelled out the big bucks for E72 set and from what I've read noone seems to have any regrets dropping that kind of coin. I have much of it already and to my ears what I have sounds just fine to me.

PS I don't know if you were kidding or not swami but I have an appreciation for Ms. Spears and it ain't her singing Wink

Buckethead show was awesome - shock and awe guitar playing. As for E72 Vol. 2, believe it or not I may actually consider buying it Exclamation Is is pretty decent? And yes I am a Britney fan.

I am listening to it in order. They sound fantastic!! I'm not doing it all at once but I am spacing them out to avoid burnout. I know some of you guys hate the first sets of this tour, but I am having a blast finding the nuggets and exploring them. I might only get through a show or two every week. That is how I'm enjoying them. This release gave me a good reason to really listen to these shows again and it's awesome!! I have no clue as to what extras are in the big box, but really? How many pictures of the band etc, do I really need to see?

As far as shelling out the big $$ I just couldn't afford it. There are places to find it. If one were to find a certain Capt. Willard, he might be able to take you up the river, about 75 klicks above the Do Lung bridge. There in the jungle amidst the ruins you should be able to find " It". Just remember.....Never get out of the boat!

Glad to hear you had a good time. Nothing like a live show to get the cylinders firing. I think E 72 II is a nice companion piece that sits well with the other releases that came out before the boxed set. You may already have many of the cuts already. I bought it mainly for the DS>Drums>TOO from 5/7. I didn't have that show. For ten bucks it's well worth it and the sound is stellar. Agreed! Britney is the ONE!

I was one of the lucky 7200 to get it. the whole process was a total cluster f*ck, btw the site crashing when the ordering began in Jan to the shipping process where I got the email that it had been shipped two weeks after I received it & even though I was one of the non personalized (#3000-7200) the box came with no numbered sticker & I am still waiting for that in the mail.

have not had a chance to really give it a thorough listen but rather just playing every disc to make sure there is not a bad one out of 73 discs. even had to go out and buy a new discman. I guess I tortured my co-workers for the last six weeks listening to the entire box set in order. did find one bad disc & reported to GDM and I am still awaiting the replacement.

as for the sound, it is incredible. Jerry is in the L, Bobby is in the R, Phil & Billy are in the center, every now and then a Keith piano trill rolls down the center, vocals are front & center.

what I luv most about the box set is Pigpen. 22 versions of Mr Charlie etc.

So, Rhino didn't have their [CENSORED] together then... not terribly surprised!

I admit to finding Cpt Willard, personally...
The horror... the horror...
