So whats going on guys? It's been a while since I've been on the lost sailor site, but life just kind of got in the way which kind of sucks. I have been working my ass off, and top of that my 8 year old started school and the bus picks him up at 6:45am. So things have been kind of hectic lately. My wife which I think I told you all about before is almost 10 years younger than me and I know we are all going to find this awful...but she hates the grateful dead. I think she would like them, but she refuses to even give them a try. I say [CENSORED] it....it's her loss. We both work together so i don't even get to listen to the boys on the way to work. At work is a whole different story....I sit in my office all day and just jsmd out.
Anyhow the reason for the post. I have had a copy off Boston Gatden 4/2/73 for some time, but my copy wasn't the best qualiy show out there. I finally came across a copy that is absolutely amazing. The soumd quality is ridiculous. The band is so on fire this night. The set list, the jamming, just everything about it. BUT...then in the second set there is a version of Eyes of the World that will just blow you the [CENSORED] away. I haven't stopped listening to this. Iistening to this boot got days now. For those of you out there that own this show with grate quality then you KNOW what I mean. For those of you that done have a copy of this PM me. The first 5 five (5) people to PM me I will send you a copy of this show and as an added bonus I will also send you a copy of the Monster Maine Show from 1980. I figure most of you already have a copy, but I figured if there was any newbies I would extend the offer.
I usually don't do reviews of shows, but I had kind of forgotten about this show, and when I got this incredible sounding copy I couldn't help but talk about it. I mean for crying out loud I haven't listened to anything else now for the last couple
of days, and I can't stop talking about listening to it, so I figured I minds well rant and rave about it to fellow heads. As a side note sow of you might remember me writing a couple of years ago that at the time my 5 1/2 to 6 year old was getting in the grateful dead. Well...he can't get enough of this boot.
Anyhow my friends......Till next time
Peace And b Wild

NOBODY NOTICES WHAT I DO UNTIL I STOP DOING IT!!!!! fucking bullshit if you ask me, because I always have to explain what I'm doing. Miss the old days of touring and not having a care in the world.
