I have written about this show many times and I still don't think it gets the credit that it deserves....which is what prompted me to start a post about it. I got to see the boys the first time on 4/2/87, which kills me that I missed this show by a couple of days.
The show starts out with the most ROCKIN Jack Straw my hears have ever had the pleasure of listening to. I'm actually listening to this show right now. I burned a copy for my friend George a week or so ago, and he left my house within 5 minutes he was on the phone telling me that I wasn't kidding and that it was probably the best version he had ever heard
But beyond that....the WHOLE damn show is intense. The second song is Franklins tower and it just keeps the vibe going. The third song slows down a bit with a nice CC Rider but even though it slows down you can still tell that the boys are going to be having one hell of an "on" night this night. The whole show is magical. Here is the set list in case you haven't heard it:
Set I
Jack straw
Franklins tower
Cc rider
Ramble in rose
Tons of steel
Mama tried
Big river
Candy man
Desolation row
Don't ease me in
Touch of grey
Estimated prophet
Terrapin
Drums
Space
Uncle john's band
I need a miracle
Stella blue
Around and Around
Turn on your love light
Brokedown palace

The show is incredible. I would love to hear from others that have heard the show, or were at the show to see how they feel, and also from others that have never heard the show, and then downloaded it. I am just curious if it is just me, or if this show really does rock the [CENSORED] out....
Peace And b Wild
Mike Very Happy
