Is anyone in agreeance? This is some Primo Dead... I am biased here 'cause Brendan Bryne Arena is (actually was, I think it is now PNC Bank Arena) one of my favorite venues. But I just have to say Scorchin' Hot man, one of my favorite Road Trips to date!!!!! If you havent spun this disc yet, get a copy and find some time, you wont be dissapointed

I know this is an awesome show... I haven't had a chance to listen to the official release version of it though. Glad to know it is awesome!
I love this show.
4/1/88 for those who don't know... one of the best of the year. They were pretty solid in Spring 88.

Both shows are great, there is set two of 3-31 on there too. I love the crap out of Garcia's singing at this point in time, maybe my favorite Jerry voice ever. Actually, definitely my favorite. The shows are extremely fun and energetic, most of the versions are really good but narrowly miss being great for one reason or another. The exception, to my ears, is China Cat>etc., which is about as good as it gets.

Actually, Wharf Rat is also a great version. Also, while I'm talking about songs I don't usually go for but sometimes do, I'll go off topic and say the usually lamentable Wheel is excellent as heck on Dick Pick 32. For some reason I am more likely to listen to songs I don't like when they're on a release, even if I didn't pay for it. I'm not sure why that is. I even listen to C.C. Rider when it's on a release. Only the first time through, of course.
