Some of the best music ever, imho. From the guy who brought you the original Turn On Your Lovelight, the version of Stormy Monday that the Allmans covered almost note-for-note, and a hundred other great ones. I think these are out of print and in flac right here:

Is this the Bobby Bland that had a show with BB King ... I had this concert of them duetting ... very funny!

Yes it is. One of the great blues singers, imho, who seems to be a tad overlooked these days. The first disc of the Vol. 2 collection was in heavy rotation for me for a long time -- some incredible stuff on there.

I know I've heard a live album he did with BB King, but I can't remember it. I have some of Bland's records from the 1970's when his voice was much more worn and, um, "distinctive." These Duke recordings are from the 50's when he was in his prime. Trust me, his voice sounds fantastic on these. Seriously: vol. 2, disc 1.
