Help On The Way-> Slipknot!-> Franklin's Tower, Little Red Rooster, Brown Eyed Women, When I Paint My Masterpiece, Loose Lucy, Cassidy, Don't Ease Me In
Iko Iko, Way to Go Home, Truckin'-> Terrapin Station-> Drums-> Space-> The Days Between-> Throwing Stones-> Not Fade Away, E: I Fought the Law
This one I randomly picked... and I have been rather pleased listening to it. For 94, it is really good. For all time, it's good. Surprisingly so given the year.
Bob has his metallic tone firmly established in this show, not a huge fan of that... Jerry is mainly coherent. Vince is nice on the synth most of the night.
H>S>F starts of pretty sloppy and slow, but it gathers speed nicely and ends up an enjoyable Slipknot!
BEW and Masterpiece all also nicely done, as is the Cassidy.
Second set is off with a Aiko that was well done. Then Vince kills me with his every other show until 95 song... WTGH... It's a pretty long song when you don't want to hear it.
Truckin>Terrapin is definitely prime material, number 3 & 4 hitters do what they should, clearing the bases as we head into drums. Terrapin features some lovely jamming that I really wasn't expecting to be honest... it clocks in at almost 16 minutes, and every minute is enjoyable with subtle Bob filling perfectly. From about 5 minutes to 7 minutes we get some really great, mellow, beautiful work.
Listening now, and the post-drums is pretty good looking... love Days out of Space, and 94 Days tend to be pretty long with a nice jam at the end.
And, I have said it before, I will say it again, I love IFTL as an encore. Needed money 'cause I had none.
If you have any interest in 94, or even giving 94 a chance, this is a pretty good show to check out.
