Anyone else like Supertramp? I love these guys... "Breakfast in America" was genius...
Definitely some great guitar work teamed up with some sax and nice keys... I dig it a lot. Anyone else?

I like Supertramp when the mood strikes.
There is a Lampinski aud of 6/12/77 Boston that just came into circulation that is decent, Dan Lampinski being this pretty good East Coast taper who taped a bunch of rock shows with his rig, his tapes have just came to light for the first time. Have you heard that one Kochman?

Hell yeah! I love Breakfast in America. That album was the [CENSORED] when it came out. You couldn't turn on the radio without hearing Supertramp. I've taken the Long Road Home many times in my past.

many of Dans masters are getting fresh 24bit transfers, some of his stuff has been floating around in circulation for years whether or not the claims say "uncirculated"

haven't heard a bad one from the lastest transfers though

search lampinski at dime and 103 torrents come up! sure many duplicates because they are going 16/44 and 24/96 on many of them..

great Floyd from June 18, 1975 over there too that is a MUST HAVE for anyone even slightly interested in the Pink Floyds

Yeah that Floyd was pretty good, I grabbed that in 24 bit, definitely some golden age PF. I haven't grabbed a whole bunch of the Lampinski shows, but I did get the Supertramp show. Here's the scans/cover/art/pics from that one.

Oh Holy God! To be nice, these guys have some decent songs and are competent musicians. However, I f*cking hate them! In college, my roommate had the Supertramp Classics (hits) CD and played the crap out of it. The more I heard it, the more I hated them. If they come on the radio, they go just as fast. Someone has to hate on them, and let that someone be me! Yuck!

I could have been your roommate. Laughing I had all their albums, though, so it would have been much worse for you.

I totally stopped listening to them after becoming an unbalanced deadhead. Other bands that hit the crapper after
the Great Dead Divide: Alan Parsons Project, Genesis, Al Stewart, and, slowly but surely, Pink Floyd.

I still get a kick out of hearing them on the radio, but that happens really infrequently. With the exception
of Pink Floyd all the bands mentioned above seem to have completely disappeared from the airwaves.

Yeah, I think I probably hear "Eye In The Sky" about once a year. And, once Phil Collins was the man in Genesis, they were done. I still can't believe a piece of crap song like "Land of Confusion" was ever a hit. Oh well!

I had a good friend who was a total Genesis nut-case; he worked on me really hard. But the only album
I ever really succumbed to was "And then there were three." So I totally missed the boat on the whole Peter
Gabriel thing. I still have a weakness for Follow You, Follow Me. With, preferably, lasers. Laughing
