and the winner is Sara Fulcher with Garcia/Saunders in 73. Her overwrought wailing at the end of Georgia on my Mind from 5/4/73 does not fit the mood of the song and Jerry's playing at all.

I now am listening to a weird jam/song from 3/7/73 and she makes it virtually unlistenable. She somehow even manages to get Jerry to join in with some repetitive and irritating sounds. Help!!!!!

Don't listen to the first instrumental from 3/7/73. It is long and repetitive. It actually may be the most boring long jam I have ever heard from Jerry or the Dead. I love Georgia on my mind, so the second instrumental into GOMM is OK as I remember it.

My favorite GOMM so far is from 12/20/72. If you have not heard it, I would recommend at least the sequence with Expressway>short Rigby sounding jam>space jam>Georgia on my mind

That is how I feel about the Dark Star from 5/11/72... the king of snoozers, or, in the dutch...
koning van snoozers
